myPerformance is the performance management software designed for non-teaching employee performance evaluations at 性爱视频.  Employees and managers can access this software through myPerformance.  myPerformance will give them the ability to document goals and accomplishments which helps facilitate coversations, provide feedback,  recognize quality performance, and set expectations for future job performance.
